Compressed files such as .zip or .rar are automatically discarded
Files with macros are automatically discarded
Strings of asterisks *** may be flagged as spam

If you plan to resell our products there are two forms we need

Open Illinois form CRT-61 Certificate of Resale
Download Illinois form CRT-61 Certificate of Resale
Resellers must fill out and send us the Illinois Certificate of Resale CRT-61.
If you are a reseller outside of Illinois, this form is still required.

Your state resale tax certificate(s) must be provided if you are a reseller.
